Hotel Staff, location of the hotel, really well communicated, close to metro stations (Plaza Espanya and Tarragona)

Hotel corridors! There's no A/C and it's boiling being there. They should think about sorting that out.

I liked the new style, the decoration, the cleanliness and the help we got from the hotel´s staff...everything was very nice

The location is not in the best neighbourhood to go shopping or to get around. However, you can find cafés, metro station and the city bus tour in about 10 minutes walking (maximum), and to get to the Ramblas it is about a 10 Euros taxi..not that bad

Very noisy seemed to be work going on in the room next door, during check out staff member answered phone while serving us adding 10 mins to check out
