Location Services are very bad, the hotel have no blanket, no heater and no apologize for this inconvinient even as I already complaint to the hotel management. |

Early check-in was possible, and the staff were very helpful. The windows seem to be soundproof, but the walls aren't so you can hear too well what's going on in neighboring rooms. |

we had quick acces to the subway and supermarkets, it was a clean hotel and not noisy even if we had a view on the street. maybe the fact that there were silver fish at the bathroom..you would see them only during the night..but they were harmless and they didn't matter so much.. |

The staff was helpful and efficient yes, a major problem was encountered, the person I was staying with in the room woke up with bites all over her body, and blood spots on the sheet, it turned out she had been bitten by bedbugs. She was very upset and suffered for the next 4 days with serioius itching and having to cover in very hot weather because of how she looked. We also lost precious holiday time in pharmacy. |
