I forgot to up a car window one night without consequence. Istres has a huge supermarket ('Geant'), a good Burger King and pizza truck, a lovely Moroccan restaurant, weekly fireworks and probably much much more. Whole premises of 30+ apartments run by a family who really thought things over.

The hotel has an excellent location near the water, dinosaur park, sculpture zoo, and downtown. Free parking. Nice ambiance in the lobby. Friendly cat on the property. Rooms were clean (though the carpet is very worn).

BUT the smelly (stinky) bathroom, glass door between the room and tge bathroom and accordingly a stinky room ruined the whole stay.
