use of computer, fairly close to everything in need of repair, soap dish was broken, doors on bathroom vanity weren't attached, foundation of shower falling apart, phone did not work for us and staff did not offer help in knowing how to use it |

Excelente cost - benefit relation, you know... For this price it is very great Hotel. Great location near to Metro, Taxi and Bus stations. Too many restaurants are close to and it is very near from Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur... For 4 to 7 days it is an appropriate choice... The rooms are small, but if you want to visit Paris.... There is not a real problem... |

The staff was always available and helpful. We arrived at 10am on first day and allowed us to check in immediatley. We booked a return visit before coming home and they gave us the same room. They also watched our bags on la day even though we had already checked out. I highly recomend this hotel to anyone. The shower could have been fixed, and the shower door did not close well. Othe than that for price, location and service very satisfied. |

flexible receptionists, minimum of administration we had to ask for soap and shampoo every day, bathroom door could not be closed completely, sink was not fully functionable, crooked floor |

Pretty good location The room seemed to be falling apart. Many of the light switches were broken, which seemed dangerous, and the radiator in the bathroom wouldn't turn off, so it was miserably hot in there. |

The location was quite central. Our room was comfortable.The receptionists were very friedly and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience. Would be nice if there was an elevator and the ensuite bathroom was a bit small. |

Está al lado de la estación de metro. Está en un distrito animado, con tiendas, restaurantes, muchas facilidades.Personal excelente. Precio excelente. Para gente joven perfecto. No tiene ascensor, ducha pequenha, no recomendado para gente muy mayor. |

L'hôtelier a accepté de prendre en compte les tarifs indiqués sur la résa et non ceux pratiqués.Amabilité du personnel Bruit la nuit quand les gens arrivent.Pas de réveil dans les chambres.pas de petit déj prévu le lundi matin de mon arrivée( j'ai obtenu qu'on me trouve un croissant et du pain congelés!!) Odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre |
