fresh towels every day and the room was very quiet. the room was ridiculously small, it was on the 5th floor = 99 steps no elevator, the tv did not work properly, the bathroom was tiny. |

The people working the desk were very friendly and helpful. helped me up 5 flights of stairs with my luggage and down again! It did not mention that there was no elevator. The room was very basic, even though it was the less expensive option I was surprised at the low level of the room. |

The location of this hotel is excellent within the Marais, and within close walking distance from Notre Dame and the Metro. They failed to replace toilet paper and towels on our second day. We were also all locked inside the hotel during the first morning because the man on duty had locked the door and gone to attend to some problem. |

The hotel was central for our needs. Good location The hotel was in poor decorative state although clean it was under certain construction. We had to climb past plasterboard in the hall way. There was no indication that our rooms were on the fifth ( 99 stairs) and sixth ( 118 stairs ) floors and no lift until after the owner had insisted we pay the bill in full on our arrival. We found a much cheaper, newly decorated and a lift within 100mtrs |

Staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect to explore the Marais area. There is a metro station 5 min. from the hotel. The rooms are very small and the walls are paper thin, you can hear other guests walking up and down the stairs. |

It was in a great location The decor was dire and not welcoming (wallpaper held up by borwn parcel tape) . Our rooms were on 5th and 6th floor respectively and there was no lift (99 stairs to bed for mum and 119 stairs for me!) - there was no lift and this caused problems as mum has back and hip problems. My room up on 6th floor was a "box" room under the eaves - not for the claustrophobic! |

Excellent and quiet location in the heart of Paris. Our room was on the 5th floor... without elevator. We knew this in advance, but still it is a long stairway;-) The staff, however, helped us with the luggage at arrival and departure. |

The area where the hotel is located is great...very cosy and romantic... The shower is very small... But the biggest problem was the use of it...(you had to push a button for water..all the time) and i didn't have any warm water on one day... |

It was quiet and clean. The staff was very helpful. The views out our two windows were nice. 1. The second-to-last day (of 7) of our stay, the hotel came in while we were gone and completely rearranged the room--all the furniture--and left a mess; that is, lots of sheetrock dust on the floor and on some of our personal items. They could have vacuumed this all up quite easily. Plus, the hotel could have warned us of this change. 2. The walls are paper thin, so one could hear everything. |

Everything, the hotel and location are perfect, the staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. I booked a double room with a view and I did get a view but at the top with a small window. I would have preferred one of the lower floors with a large window overlooking the square, perhaps next time! Many thanks, I really enjoyed my stay. |

It's a very well located hotel near the metro and bus stations, in a good and safe neighbourhood. The metro line taking me to the hotel is the same crossing the main touristic destinations. The staff is nice and helpful, always receiving guests kindly. I didn't have any problem at all in paying with credit card, which was very convenient. I got an inner room, which made my stay very quiet.
