The Nord Hotel is a budget hotel and is ideally located in front of the Gare du Nord railway station (Eurostar and Thalys)and only a few minutes from the major shops, museums and tourist attractions. Cleanliness of beds and comfort of beds

Outside our room seemed to be the store area for bags of bedding which made us feel uncomfortable if there had been a fire our escape would have been very difficult

it was close to the Garedu Nort train station- a requirement.

The lift was tiny and slow. I kept tripping over a door mat well in the entry way. The desk persons were of uneven friendliness and helpfullness. The former Yank was very helpful. The others, not so much.

The location, it was very central and close to the main station.

It was dirty, cold, smelt of cigarette smoke and the staff were really rude!

Great location for exploring paris, clean room, nice bathroom

no tea/coffee making facilities, bed not very comfy, staff sometimes not very forthcoming with answers to simple questions

The closeness to Gare Du Nord station and the local area, bars, restaurants etc

Very disappointed that there were no Tea/Coffee making facilities, also only one pillow for each side of the bed, I had to find a blanket to bolster the lack of pillows ! The lift was far to small but I have to say it did work very well.
