This hotel offers a prime location at the junction of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road.

For some it's the cosy accommodation and great rates. Hotel froze 55 pounds as a deposit. After the total payment I was told that money will back to my account. There are 5 days, but still no refund

great location.

the room we were given was the smallest i have ever stayed in,it was more like a broom cupboard.No hot water for a bath in the morning.This room was advertised as normally costing £159 however in my opinion vastly overpriced at £79.This was a treat for my wifes birthday and she was very dissapointed,would like to have known the room was tiny.Would rather pay more money and be comfortable.

The staff kindly let us leave our bags with them for a few hours while we walked around London which was very nice.

radiator leakage in first room, then moved 2 times to finally find good room

I was upgraded to a double room

The mattress on the bed. It had springs sticking through that made it a health hazzard. I actually un-made the bed and turned the mattress over!
