the approxomity of the hotel to the station

the room is terribly small

the rooms were very clean and quiet. The location was handy to the tube and easy to find.

The staff at the front desk appeared totally unaware of the policies of the hotel. We asked for a larger room, 3 staff said "okay" and it turned out their were no larger rooms. We asked for a second chair in the room and face cloths and in spite of being told we'd get them, they never appeared.

The overall presentation of the room and location of the hotel is good.

Getting into the shower was very difficult, and not much water came out. I am fairly slim and could barely squeeze in, so anybody who is any fatter than me could in no way actually fit into the shower.

Early check in was no problem, clean and comfy, helpful staff.

Was allocated two singles instead of a twin, which was fine, but they were very compact, the bathrooms in particular were tiny.
