The bed was comfortable and bathroom good but the carpet was filthy with black stains. I would have gone to reception to ask for another room but I was tired and because one lift was out of order (very annoying) it was taking several minutes plus to get the only other operating lift.

Friendly staff, nice room and great location, just 1 min from the tube stop and 15 mins from the airport. We have booked to stay here again. A couple of nice pubs within a few mins walk
Set in the nearest London Borough to Heathrow Airport, Hounslow hotels and guest houses on Booking.com are understandably a popular choice for those flying in and out of the UK’s busiest airport. However, there are more reasons to stay here than just this.
Hounslow Heath has a nature reserve and golf course, and to the north in the Osterley suburb is the National Trust-operated Osterley Park with its stately home and gardens. South-east of here is Syon House, while Hanworth Park House is in the Feltham district, home to just some of the hotels near Heathrow Terminal 4. Also close by is the wildlife haven that is Bedfont Lakes Country Park.
There are also 2 smaller parks in the Cranford district, near the Bath Road which passes the road leading to Heathrow Terminals 1-3. Most hotels near Heathrow on this road are served by an airport shuttle which offers transfers to all 5 terminals. Located at the opposite end of the airport to Hounslow, Terminal 5 is the newest and most state of the art, and has its own station on the London Underground.
All Heathrow Airport stations are on the Piccadilly Line and offer fast connections to the 3 Tube stations in Hounslow itself, and beyond to central London.

Honestly, I don't know Hounslow well, but I always use London Hounslow west station to transfer when I travel from Heathrow. You know, I prefer to travel with the bus, because I can to look around. There is a convenient Sainsbury local next to the Hounslow west station. Iceland store is on the opposite side. And you have to see the market place nearby. his is a weekend market place open only on weekends 7:00am-2:00pm. Other days it’s just a parking area. It's funny and you can get really good bagrain. I didn't see anything like this before - you have to visit it!

We were only in Hounslow the evening and night before our flight out of Heathrow. We walked several blocks to our hotel from the train station, through a section of town with some run down buildings and others under redevelopment. Pleasantly surprised to find the Market Place, a great location for ethnic foods from many countries in a food court setting. Only a couple stops to the airport from the train station.
I liked everything in this hotel. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. I was on the sixth floor and had an amazing view from my room’s French windows. Location-wise, it’s close to Heathrow but connects very well with the rest of the country, wherever one wishes to travel. I could easily access the tube for my trips into London as well as those to other cities. The closest tube station is Hounslow Central.
Their restaurant Hot Plate serves very good Indian food. All said, it was a great stay!
Staff were very nice , very helpful , Hotel was spotless , the outside area at back looks really well , love the Palm trees , i booked a single room as i was only staying the one night , was very surprised by the bathroom very updated super clean , food was plentiful for breakfast .very close to bus lines and underground , very easy to get to Heathrow or centre of London will definitley be staying there on all my future trips to England . Thank You for your hospitality
The hotel was very clean, and the staff at check-in were informative and helpful even when checking in later in the night. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable, and the we got a free cocktail which was pretty good. The hotel itself was very modern and had a large lobby with pool and couches as well as outside seating! The reason we chose this hotel was its close proximity to London Heathrow.
This was by far the most hospitable hotel I have stayed at over the last year, and I have stayed at over a dozen since the beginning of the year. The bedroom was great with a nice comfy bed. The host Alex was amazing helping with my luggage and taking care of all aspects of my stay. The hotel is just a 3-4 minute gentle walk from Hounslow Central tube station, and it is very close to Heathrow airport.
The room was great value - small, but everything we needed. Strong, hot shower, comfortable bed, kettle and plenty of tea, coffee and milk, and a window that opened, so we could control the fresh air. Hounslow Central is literally 5 minutes walk from Civic Hotel, so really convenient for LHR, and unlike most LHR hotels, has shops and places to eat within walking distance.
I've used these guys previously due to their great location, friendly staff and ease of access from LHR. The Hounslow central tube station - Piccadilly line is only a stones throw from the property. Ideal only if the London Underground workers aren't on strike. If they are use the local bus service, cheaper than an Uber with only a very small difference in journey time.
Basic, clean and tidy. Budget accommodation but for the great value did not expect the Ritz. Overall really pleased with the stay. Little noisy but can’t close down Heathrow Airport to accommodate the noise situation. Property was close to all amenities, we travelled into west London for the day from Hounslow Central station which was walking distance.
I’ve been there before but going again just reminded me how nice this hotel is. It’s a very ‘hip’ sort of hotel. They give you a free drink upon arrival. The staff are super friendly. They’re just amazing and you can tell there is a young- hip vibe about the place. It feels like an urban, central-London sort of hotel. The rooms are lovely too.
Location was brilliant. It was close to Hounslow Central Tube station. It was 4 stations away from Heathrow Terminal. I just wanted a one night rest and this was good value for money.
They didn’t have a restaurant, but Aaha Dosa is right across the hotel. I had Indian street food at Market Place ( 2 min walk from the hotel )
The facility is modern and well done. It is very clean and organized. The staff were very friendly and professional. The location is excellent close to the Treaty mall, restaurants, and short distance to Hounslow Central underground station. High street also very close by. I would stay more. at this hotel in the future.
The room was large, the bed, bedding and duvet were comfortable and the pillows were nice. The hotel was at a convenient location near the Central Station of Hounslow. There were shops nearby with easy availability of essential stuff and the bus stops were close-by too. Finally, I loved the proximity to the High Street.
This the second time we have stayed at Milford Arms. The first was at the beginning of our two month trip and so we returned when we ended our trip. We love the staff there and the environment is fun and friendly. We really do enjoy the Milford Arms and would plan to stay there if ever in London again.
Very spacious, lots of room for a place in London compared to others we've stayed at. Right next to Hounslow High Street, so that's a big plus. Kitchen was spacious and there were enough beds for everyone in our group. Plenty of bathrooms as well, another rarity for a property in London.
The staff was very friendly and courteous - from the receptionist to the domestic workers - all were committed. The rooms were clean and proper and the location of the hotel is quite attractive as you reach the underground-station "central hounslow" within 2-3 minutes.
Staff were very helpful and friendly!! Location is perfect as it’s very close to Hounslow West tube station which makes it very convenient to get to Heathrow or Downtown London. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area to choose from.
Lovely little hotel near Heathrow, just a few minutes easy walk from Houndlow Central station. Check-in time is early, which was great for us. The rooms are clean, the showers are lovely and the beds are comfortable.
The hotel is located near the London Tube network and many bus lines, and also near shops, and so it is ideal to use as a base on arriving in London, or prior to leaving.
Basic no frills hotel. Good location for Heathrow Airport. Local buses outside the hotel go straight to sirport central area..Fast food and kebab shop nearby.
