It was in a good location for getting around. Room service was very poor. Everytime it was used we always had to call again, sometimes twice, or it did not show up at all. |

The hotel was very central to the tube and to central London, comfortable and offered an excellent and stylish room for the tariff. It was an all round pleasant stay. There did not seem to be one English member of staff in the entire hotel - this is not an issue to me at all, as long as they can communicate well with their guests, which on occasions seemed to be a challenge! Our room also had a window that would not open and had a sign on it that said it was 'defective - do not open'. For a smoking room this was most certainly not ideal... |

No concierge early morning, I asked for a black cab, they sent me a minicab 15minutes after. Room with air conditioning on all night impossible to turn off very noisy and annoing. |

The meal which we had at the Grill, was fantastic. The shower cubicle door was reported broken on arrival, but was not fixed whilst we were out site seeing. Also, I had to ask for the bottle of wine, which formed part of the package booked. This should have been presented on arrival or have been placed in the room. |

Location The glass doors to bathroom and that we felt we must have paid for the cheap room as we didnt have molton brown products and just because we paid for a cheaper room we would have still liked to have been treated the same! |
