The Waverley House Hotel offers a warm welcome to all its guests. Situated in the heart of historic Bloomsbury, the hotel is ideally placed for the West End and City and is close to tourist attractions like the British Museum and Covent Garden. Russell Square underground station and the Airbus connections are only two minutes walk away. The hotel offers accommodation to both business travellers and tourists in a very comfortable 'club' atmosphere. Guests can relax over a drink or two in Deans Bar whether at the end of a hard day or in the middle of a relaxing one.

It was quiet at night and the breakfast buffet was good. Staff were also very pleasant.

the location was perfect - it was clean - the staff was very friendly

the chef wasn't able to do us fried bred for breakfast even though it was no problem to have a fried egg

bed and bathroom linen were both changed daily...this is excellent for a 3-star hotel

the service at breakfast was a bit slow....due to the fact that the hotel was full I think rather than actual bad service

It was unfussy, straight forward, and suited my business stay for one night. If I was to stay longer I would upgrade the room.

Very noisey from approx 6am with people moving around and doors slaming etc!

A part of personnel was very helpful.

Check-in experience was not pleasant - a person at the desk was not polite. Glass sides of the lift should be clean. No excuses. Mirror in the bathroom is posted too low. Same thing with a shower.
