Located on Bond Street, The Westbury is a luxury hotel in London’s most exclusive fashion and boutique district.

Great location and service of the hotel staff.

Noises from other rooms were noticeable. There was a minor water problem in bathtub (water kept leaking).

Near to theatre district.

We arrved at 2pm and were unable to check in - we were asked to have a coffee and wait. (We had lunch in their bar- 2 sandwiches and 3 glasses of wine- £75!) The room was still not ready at 3.15pm. We went out and returned at 6pm- the room was ready and we were assured our rate would be reviewed in compensation. When checking out I reminded them- they deducted a bottle of water from mini-bar!

The staff make the hotel attentive and friendly.

I believe that when u pay £245 for a one night stay the shower should do more than dribble from the tap, not good enough.

The staff and its location. The polo bar

We unfortunately had a room at the back of the hotel which suffered from noisy delivery vehicles early in the morning which disturbed us. The rooms are small but comfortable. The hairdryer in the bathroom was not satisfactory.

The hotel is very nice and the price was attractive. Really good decoration.

There was an chinese lady in the reception very rude and she said there was no reservetion in my name, and I was with the confirmation in my hands. She did not check the reception e-mails. When I tried to talk to the manager. She immeditely solved my problem.

The hotel was just fabulous.

It would have been helpful to have a complimentary bottle of water given it's star rating, and tea/coffee making facilities should have been on offer.

everything was excellent. we got a good price on booking.com, location is perfect, great rooms, cleanliness , service. a 5 star experience at less than we normally pay.
