Loved loved the facilities for the kids. They take such great care of the kids that you can relax. Movie night, lunches and so many other actitivies for the kids, its awesome We stayed for 3 nights, but we wish we could've stayed longer. It went by too fast. Massages can be done there by the pool at a resonable price. All the waiters and waitresses were extremely friendly and always here to serve us. From our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Staff are exceptional. So many I'd like to name, they all worked at the H20 and the staff also from 5 senses were great! Breakfast could improve a little, but other than that, the food and beverages are at a great price and can't beat the happy hours from 12 to 1 pm and 5 to 6 pm. Will we be back? The location is very good with 2 big malls next to the hotel and plenty of retail stores. The beach with surfrental is just 5 minutes walk away. The spa is a dream come true. The kids loved the fishpond Kidspool and club. It is a perfect hotel to relax a couple of nights before leaving Bali.
