Great albergo in the center of a small village. Amazing view from the window to the river, bridge and the central square, lots of restaurants and bars in two steps, but it was not noisy even on Saturday evening. Gracious owner who wait for our late arrival and provided everything we needed. The hotel provides generous breakfast buffet, fruits are great (never expected strawberry, melon and lots of other fruits in February!) Parking is free in the backyard of the hotel.

They did not have a restaurant at present, but there are many places to eat in the village of Dolo 2km away. Even on Sunday, we found a very nice restaurant in the afternoon. The hotel itself is an old mansion and still has the flavor of the past. The owners are working to update various items, but the rooms are clean, well serviced, bathrooms are in good condition. We were late but there was not problem with moving check in to 18.30. Room is not large, but there is everything we needed, including efficient air-conditioning. Not far from Venice (30 mins), sweet pastery shop across the street and pizza restaurant few meters away. Reliable wi-fi.

Very nice hosts - we arrived early due to a very early flight and they greeted us with tea and coffee and prepared our room way before the standard check in time. Very clean and comfy rooms. Nice breakfast. Bus to Venice is 10 minutes walk away and gets you right in the heart of Venice.
