The facilities are well maintained and comfortable although rooms are very small. Very good location. Close to the Ryogoku JR Station and to the boat terminal on Sumida River (i.e., can take a boat to Odaiba). 20-30 minutes of walking distance to Asakusa. Beautiful park with a pond located 30m from the hotel. Convenience store is inside the hotel building.

My wife and I stayed here for the first leg of our Japan honeymoon. This hotel was in an excellent location, and the price point provided incredible value. The room wasn't nearly as small as we feared it would be - the layout is actually quite smart and utilizes the square footage in a way that makes the room feel much larger that it actually was. We had 2 checked bags and 2 carry-on backpacks and did not have any difficulty having our luggage in the room. The staff were very friendly. The hotel shares a ground floor with a cafe, which made getting breakfast very convenient.

Beautiful view looking at Ueno park! All the lotus leaves with cranes flying around is such a sight. Breakfast is good.

Our room was gorgeous and humongous with 4 full sized beds and a sitting area in the middle of the room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of Disney Sea and the fireworks at night.

The beds were so comfortable. Staff was so nice and helpful. They had washer/dryer sets on certain floors. No need to bring detergent as the washers disburse it for you. Close to restaurants and by 7/11 and food market. Train station was a nice walking distance and we throughly enjoyed our 5 days there.
