Very friendly and caring staff. From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel nothing but warm and welcome. Everybody makes sure you are being taken care of. I also enjoyed the Spa a lot. Very stylish and clean. Spacious but not too big so you get lost. Dinner was amazing. Everything tasted great. Modern cuisine but with the taste of „home made with love“.

Figo and his team are truly delightful. They made my family and me very comfortable. My daughter and nieces really enjoyed meeting Figo’s charming cat, Ferdinand. Besides the obviously stylish, yet cozy appearance I want to mention the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They were always very attentive without being bothersome. Small chats were always very pleasant and friendly. The rooms were in perfect order, comfortable, cozy and modern, and larger than expected. All the facilities were in perfect order. The Spa area is very stylish and inviting, the massage was great. I found the prices fair to the quality offered. And again, I want to stress how great the staff was, from the front desk, waiters, bartenders, to everyone behind the scenes making sure the spa area was always stocked and clean, the cleaning staff, and the kitchen (cooking up amazing food! Thank you!). I look forward to visiting here when time allows it.
