Sound proofing of rooms is the only problem . Nosey guys next door .
Staff are lovely but the noise from the golfing groups is off putting . And their conversation is often
Not what I want to hear ! I guess it’s a golfing hotel though …

The harbour is also a lovely place to just sit grab a coffee and watch the boats or the world go by.

I have not visited Bridlington for many years and it's a typical English resort. For me, it's more suited for families with young children as it has great beaches. There's a tourist train that runs along the seafront and it was full so it's popular with visitors. Bridlington can be a good base too for days out to other resorts such as Filey, Hornsea and Flamborough Head.

Traditional seaside resort with evidence of more effort put into it, a harbour and a huge beach. Wide range of independent shops and cafes/pubs/restaurants, great cliff walks and RSPB Bempton a couple of miles North. Massive sea bird colonies.

We visited for the Race to the Waves weekend, it was very well organised. Bridlington town was nice, it also had a few places we could take our dog - eg cafes/restaurants.
Old town is also worth a visit

It depends what people want.
It depends what people want. A good place for children, with rides on the front and arcades for games. We didn't go on the beach, too cold. Quite a few nice shops and cafes. Where we stayed was literally 5 minutes walk from the Spa theatre, which we went to for 2 evening shows. It also has a cafe. About 10 minutes walk to the harbour and town centre. It seemed to have plenty of buses for people staying further out.
There were 2 restaurants across from the theatre. A Mediterranean and a Chinese. We had meals at the Mediterranean, which were good and understood that the Chinese was also a good place to eat.
Fish and chip shops were also in the town centre.

We arrived in the rain, and found it tricky to find our way around eventually finding the harbour carpark. The seafront beyond the amusement arcades which look a bit rundown, is pleasant with a lovely promenade with good access for everyone.Lovely sandy beachtoo. We spent our visit at nearby Sewerby Hall and gardens, Flamborough cliffs and Bemptoncliffs. Marton Grange is a cosy haven after walking the coastal paths.
Everything was pristine and new. The host had left a basket, treats and blankets for the dog which was very thoughtful. Ideal location for us as we went to the Bridlington Spa and it is literally 2 minutes away. The apartment is not big but there is still plenty of space. It has a good entrance space where you can leave coats and shoes. The shower was really nice, everything worked. It was also easy to access the apartment as it has a key box.
Mon Fort Hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy the seaside, just two minutes from the North Beach. We had the pleasant Junior Suite overlooking the front garden and the park across the road. The Hotel is very clean, tastefuly furnished and decorated. Jane and Tim are very friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Bridlington again.
The hotel's housekeeper/proprietor was very welcoming and helpful. Although nominally "room only" the hotel actually did provide a useful range of breakfast cereals and snacks. (Alternatively, a tasty full english cooked breakfast can be had at the nearby seafront Richie's Cafe with a 20% discount from the "Bridlington Passport" card which the hotel provides.)
Well The Breakfast Was Amazing 10/10,The Hotel & The Room Was Spotless,The Location Is Great Close To The Promenade The Owners Are Great Hosts Very Friendly & Welcoming.

Our Executive Room was clean, very comfortable and spacious.
We stayed overnight as we were going to a show in Bridlington. The hotel is only a few minutes drive away so is ideally located for a visit to Bridlington.
Breakfast was lovely, a good choice of items on the menu.
All staff were pleasant and polite.
The location for Bridlington centre and promenade was good. It was only a couple of hundred metres from the Spa. The hotel provided drinks though I did not use this facility. Access to the hotel was by a single key and was available 24 hours. Reception was quick and acceptable and the wi-fi was free.
As a child we used to go to a caravan limekin lane holidays, on passing expanse hotel I used to say.. When I am old I am going to stay at that hotel. My husband and I had a lovely week staying there many years ago. He passed away this year so this weekend it was all about memories.
Well where do i start? The owners are so nice and nothing is too much trouble ❤️ the hotel is so clean and the decor in our room was bright and stylish, and the bed very comfy. 2 minutes walk to town and sea front. Loved it and Will definitely book again when that way ❤️
The owner and staff were all lovely people, very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Food was lovely, although we only had breakfast. We were looked after by Jamie who served us in the bar in the evening. Lovely small hotel, would go again. Thank you all.
This was the second time staying at the Salt on The Harbour. Has changed hands and been updated. Very charming hotel right on the sea front. From the hotel room to the superb restaurant food and welcoming staff it was all very good.
The hotel was clean and within half hour walking distance to the main town centre. The hotel is separate (across a car park) from the pub itself, and check in was over at reception in the pub! Ample parking, quiet location.
It had everything we needed. The chalet was warm, clean, modern, well equipped and very comfortable. Also in a perfect location at the side of the beach. Only 15 minutes walk into Bridlington. We would recommend to others.
Really nice friendly hotel close to town centre, room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and breakfast was excellent. Will definitely book again on my next visit to Bridlington.
Absolutely lovely apartment, very comfortable.
Great location to see Bridlington South beach or just to chill in.
+ Parking available in front of the property, perfect.
