The bed was to die for - I want one! The toiletries were out of this world. Breakfast included was amazing, with plenty to choose from and very helpful, friendly staff. The U3 bus from Heath Row Central was ok but could be problematic for some travellers when dealing with heavy suitcase(s). We will do it again next visit to the UK. Useful as a stop-over before a long flight home!

This is a great old-style comfortable hotel with unique marble floors, chandeliers and Eastern artefacts. It was a perfect spot to rest before an early flight the next morning. The room had excellent sound-proofing and the bed was comfortable, The spa was a delightful free of additional charge amenity we hadn´t expected, with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi -- all tastefully done and spotlessly clean! We had a very nice meal at the Bistro... The location is very convenient for the airport. All in all very satisfied with our experience.

This is a great location if your flight has been cancelled and you want to be easy reach of terminal 2 and 3 . Unfortunatly when advertising the room they do not tell you that the rooms have no windows if I had know this I would not have booked a room their having no windows increase my level of anxiety due to fear of fire and concerning about breathing . The lounge had a frosted window but you could still not see out . The cost of this windowless box was to expensive .

I would use their shuttle next time.
I would use their shuttle next time. It was discouraged with an excuse of a lot of people using it so they ordered us a ride for the next morning come to find out they get a kick back for all the rides they recommend. No wonder they didn’t want us to use the free shuttle and we had to pay
The buffet breakfast wasn’t great either but it’s cheaper to order ahead then walk in

We had a wedding at this hotels venue so we had two rooms for ourselves and family. It met our expectations being a Hilton and everything was perfect. The bedroom was clean and confortable and the shower in the bathroom was just how I like it, nice n hot. Only gripe but, it may have been my fault but the bath plug was stuck and impossible to lift and thus it didn't drain. So we had to let reception know on the way to the wedding hall and it was all sorted upon our return.
Well definitely stay here again.
Oh! One more thing the price of drinks in the bar? Expensive.

The room, location and facilities were great.
The room, location and facilities were great. I'd say the curtain for the bathtub wasn't clean enough and they should provide handwash in the washroom. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel and it's so easy to explore both London and Slough including other areas. It's a good location for families with kids to spend time in the nearby playgrounds.
Executive room booked and Found in the bathroom Two cockroaches in the middle of the night tried to take pic but they quickly ran away so didn’t capture as proof - informed reception staff next morning who informed me it’s like this since covid due to staff shortage. Pool bar closed early at 10. Horrible atmosphere around hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good as expected for London with £17.50 pp.
The pool area was so dirty leaves everywhere no atmosphere like many years ago when I stayed.
Overall such a bad experience
Free basic continental breakfast with cooked breakfast available at weekends. Our dog was allowed for £5 a night. Very new separate accommodation with an outside eating area looking over the Grand Union Canal and it's barges and wildlife. Lovely walks from the doorstep and handy supermarket not far away. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very handy for Heathrow airport or Uxbridge tube station both just 10 mins drive away. A nice burger or steak dinner menu with vegetarian available reasonably priced.
The rooms were a very good size with a kitchenette that was well
equipped. The washroom was equally roomy and all was very clean. If only there was an easier way to get from T5 to hotel without booking a driver I would say this was the best hotel stay I’ve had in London and great if one only requires an overnight for a flight from Heathrow. I did get a driver from We Know and they were excellent but it was a bit pricey to only go a couple of kilometres
Great Lille find and excellent value for money.
Clean, comfortable bed.
Friendly efficient staff and excellent location only a 15 minute walk to Ruislip Māori where there are bars, shops & restaurants.Plus tube station into London.
Also behind the Hotel there is a train station.
It has its own bar and has complimentary continental breakfast.
When we were there the Hotel was getting refurbished on the outside.
Nice and clean room (spacious for London), very friendly staff, 24h restaurant options (according to their menu - we ended up not needing it). There's public transport right in front of the hotel, so instead of the 6£ airport shuttle bus, you can take the local bus for 1,65£. To catch it at the airport, you need to go to the Heathrow Central bus hub, not the shuttle bus hub.
Runway bar in 14th floor gives spectacular views of planes taking off. You can see London in distance.
Relaxing way to have a pre dinner drink
Dinner was good on the 1st floor
Rooms clean and sufficient room for overnight stay if you are departing from terminal 2or3
Friendly staff. Modern and clean hotel. Would stay again if I had a flight out of terminal 2 or 3
Arrived at the hotel and was allocated room number 571 an outside one with lovely views of the airport runway. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. All was good as was the terrific breakfast the next morning.Full English. The staff likewise were very amenable and the price for our one night stay was very good value for London pricing.Recommended!
Location excellent for my needs. West Drayton station zone 6 for elizabeth line to connections to town is only 8 mins walk. Bus U3 (for heathrow T2) stop to Heathrow Central Bus stop is only 5 min walk. Air Con works well for summer. Quiet even though right in front of main road. Easy access to food and to Uxbridge for other needs.
We had our LHR to DUB flight cancelled and had to find accommodations for the night. This property was close by and available. We were able to book a room and the next morning took the pod from next door to the hotel to terminal 5 at Heathrow. Easy trip. We will stay there again if we have flight problems in London
Lovely hotel in a historical building. Really comfy beds with great linens. Amazing breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great location with a bus stop outside for easy travel into Uxbridge or the tube station. Would definitely stay here again.
The facilities had many more amenities than we were expecting. The dining and bar area in particulate were spacious and comfortable. The beds were very cozy and the rooms were quiet. It was a perfect "transition" hotel after arriving.
I used the hotel as a final step before departing from UK, the location was perfect because it is very close to the airport and also the car hire companies. You can easily go to center of London with bus and underground.
Immaculately clean. Spacious room. Wonderful staff! The staff member Prabo is so sweet, and tries to do everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay. Bus stops right outside hotel for airport and London transportation.
Location easy to find. Next to bus stop so easy access to Uxbridge. Very friendly welcome. Swimming pool and outside looked good. Beds comfortable. The house was very nice on the outside and there was adequate parking.
For more than 10years when I am going to London I like to use this hotel, good value for the money, very near to Heathrow Airport, friendly staff and room very comfortable with clean bedsheets.
Great hotel very modern and quirky with the london decor, rooms were spacious and modern. Super comfy bed. Pool and gym, 2 restaurants Great choice of food.
