The location is close to the train station and transport links.
The room was spacious and has a large TV, with access to bluetooth and streaming services.
Comfortable bed and a good size shower room,
with modern blue tooth mirror, so you can play music from your phone whilst in the bathroom.
The room has sole access to the roof terrace.
Staff at the site are friendly, polite, well presented and willing to help.
There are electrical coded gates, which are shut once the bar/ restaurant closes and cc.tv as there are no staff on site overnight.
Would definitely stay again. Great cocktails.

We loved everything about this stay. A beautiful house in a stunning location. Bedroom, en-suite and guest lounge exceptionally spacious and very clean. Sara is the perfect host; very welcoming and attentative. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. We highly recommend White Hall Farm, worth every penny!

A good place to travel to Warwick Stratford upon. A lovely town though getting worse as all UK towns are.
A lovely town though getting worse as all UK towns are. Quite a few addicts, drunks and homeless people on the streets. Many shops closed but it's a pleasant walk around, lots of independent shops still open. There are dozens of coffee shops and restaurants. The park is a gem. Quite beautiful. We were visiting Leamington Spa for a family Christening, so we had limited time to explore the town. We had a meal out on our first and only evening and then spent the following morning wandering around the town. An interesting historical town, with lots of green spaces.

We visited the British motor museum whilst there and it was nice to walk around and see all the old vehicles and styles of road etc. We also went into Stratford-upon-Avon and had a walk around there which was lovely but busy. And we went to the butterfly house there which has more than just butterflies so was definitely worth the money! We also saw shakespeares birthplace which was interesting!

Although the hotel itself is an older building it was still very clean, the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and facilities in room were spot on. The staff were friendly from arrival to leaving and I couldn't fault the breakfast, with a good choice of hot and cold options. I would stay here again.

There is also an excellent doggie area for Tilly to 'spend a penny'. nothing was a problem for the staff who were friendly. Situated two miles from Leamington Spa town worth a visit. Also only Twenty minutes from Stratford upon Avon a must to visit.
