The place is very well-equipped, with everything you need. It has a lot of details that make it very nice (even very soft towels). For breakfast, there were plenty of options - cereals, pastries, eggs (you have to prepare yourself), beverages, and other extras. The room had a private bathroom inside .

Nicely located on the country, beautifull surronding, recently refurbished, simple but fully equiped rooms. A cosy bar/restaurant where one feels at home. Cooking largely meets espectations. Besides the team is super friendly!

Strabane is well placed for visiting Donegal's Wild Atlantic Way, Giant's Causeway and places like Derry / Londonderry and Enniskillen. Lots of beautiful scenery, good food (Oysters, The Fir Trees Hotel and The Bank restaurants) and very friendly locals.

Strabane is a market town and is an ideal central hub for accessing the wonderful destinations North West Ireland has to offer. From rugged coast of Donegal to the Sperrin mountains, Fermanagh lakes and the Antrim coast (Giant;s Causeway) All are an hours drive away and L'Derry is less than 30 mins away. The town itself offers very little to the tourist. It neglects heritage sites such as Mary Alexanders's house and has no park or real focal centre. It has an OK hotel, picturesque golf course, one half decent restaurant (Oysters) a decent bar (Farmers Home) a small theatre but precious little else. So stay here but use it as a base not your destination.
