A clean town with easy access to surrounding areas. Easy shopping with a good range of eateries. Pedestrianised main street with easy access to surrounding roads and facilities. There is nothing specific I would avoid on future visits.

You immediately feel at home. The room is spotlessly clean and the bed is heaven!! The shampoos and body wash smell so good. The restaurant is very stylishly decorated and the dinner and breakfast are to die for. Thank you for the hospitality! We hope to come back soon! And thanks for the tip about the lookout tower (just a couple hundred meters from the hotel). Amazing scenery!

We loved that the hotel is in old Vickery and that only added to its charm. Sadly their chef was ill otherwise we would have dinner there, instead we at a tremendous local restaurant by the water run by young entrepreneurial fellows. That recommendation, the services and walk to the town lookout were all highlights. We strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel room is not in the main World Heritage building but instead a rebuilt newer farm building. Our room was modern but decorated/arranged and with a style from the 1800s.
