I thought sleeping on the tatami mats was very comfortable. My kids loved staying at the “jungle house.” The owner is so nice and very helpful. He helped us get a dinner reservation and brought us very yummy cream puffs. Thank you Hiro!!!

Super cool lobby and lounge area. The place you want to hang out at. Rooms were fine. Bed was super comfortable. I was cycling up north and just wanted a place to crash. Area seemed cool. And was recommended an izakaya across the street which was a really good time. Definitely a great value.

Hija on the Hill -SEVEN Hotels and Resorts- is located in Kunigami, just 15 miles from Hedo Misaki and 25 miles from Nakijin Gusuku Castle. The view is amazing! The stars were really bright and the view of the sunset was immaculate. The host was amazing too. She even let me pet her goats and she gave me and my husband a cute charm to remember the stay. I loved every minute of staying there and would love to go back someday.
