Location is excellent, just few steps away from Terminal 5 of Arlanda airport. The staff were amazingly polite, friendly and helpful. The room is quite big. The barception area is comfortable with all you need. The best thing about Comfort hotel is they’re serving cold breakfast as early as 3:00Am. And you have many options in the breakfast buffet and food is delicious.

This modern design hotel is located inside Arlanda Airport’s SkyCity, between Terminals 4 and 5. Excellent lobby and personal ! very professional.

Free and quick shuttle service was great, just a call away. Contact number can be noticed on the information board at Terminal 4 bus stop 12. If you need to get to the town, you could simply request from the front desk to arrange a shuttle to the airport. No hassle at all. Didn’t have the breakfast but looked great with lots variety.

The ambience of hotel staff and free shuttle services at the course of midnight ..that matters a lot .. location is near to Arlanda and other areas ..having bus and train services nearby...complimentary coffee and tea services...at the excellent level... didn't find anything to complain about...✍️

Checked in at around 22:00 from a late cancelled flight and the gentleman at reception was very helpful, friendly, provided all the info we needed to take the free shuttle to and from the airport. The cardamom buns in the breakfast spread was surprisingly delicious! Highly recommend for a stay near the Arlanda airport.

Este hotel, con certificación ecológica, ofrece servicio gratuito de link con el aeropuerto las 24 horas. Cogimos este hotel a última hora, modificando una reserva que ya teníamos. Necesitábamos un hotel para una noche, antes de volver a casa y queríamos que tuviera un bus gratuito cómodo y fácil de coger y que el precio no fuera excesivo. Supero nuestras expectativas, hotel a las afueras, pero, con habitaciones NUEVAS, CAMAS SÚPER CÓMODAS, hervidor en la habitación. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. La atención estupenda, el último día nos recomendaron visitar Sigtuna (cogimos un taxi y un Uber y merece mucho la pena), pueblo navideño dónde los haya. El bus que lleva al hotel, perfecto todas las veces y el conductor muy agradable. (Nosotros lo usamos también para ir a cenar al aeropuerto 😉)
