Comfortable and clean room, good service at the front desk, not close to the center of Bonn, but easy enough to walk to the train station and go from there.

Very friendly service. Almost everything was managed online in a convenient and trust inspiring way (e.g. online opening of apartment door). Once we had a question and called the service, within minutes someone knocked at our door and helped us. Compared to 'fine' hotels with several people standing around at the reception desk, I much prefer the 'Bob' approach.
