Very nice and spacious apartment. Well appointed and nicely decorated. Has all of the amenities that you can ask for including a washer/dryer combo and microwave. Easy access to shopping, bakery and bus stop.

The location has fairly good access to the roads and has a parking and a decent restaurant nearby The layout of the apartment was suitable for a family stay.

The wonderful reception and restaurant staff (breakfast) were exceptional, very helpful and I had a very easy check in and check out. The breakfast was excellent and the staff member was exceptionally professional and attentive to customer satisfaction. The apartment I had was easily accessable from parking lot, very comfortable, very quiet and had all the comforts of home. I had requested apartment that was easy in/out due to having my pet (dog), with me. The golf course is amazing and this was a good opportunity to visit and stay at the aparthotel on golf course, and would definitely be returning soonest, and hopefully able to play a round or two of golf. The free, secure parking was amazing and the aparthotel was very close to Mainz, and several walking trails. The email communication with amazing. Great place with wonderful and very courteous staff.

The staff are very friendly and the room is big, comfortable and very clean. The location is very good, only about 10 minutes away from the Mainz Main Station. And there are many supermarkets nearby.

Excellent location and safe surroundings. Extremely helpful staff with lightning fast communication, both in writing and over the phone. I was lucky with the price. Special thanks for the fan and the good quality windows. The building is quiet, the apartments open from a bright hallway with 24/7 video surveillance, everything looked exactly like in the photos. The apartment was clean, and so were the dishes, kettle and other small things. I had a pleasant stay.

It was nice that it had a little kitchen where one could cook or prepare some food. The WiFi worked perfectly. Bed was comfortable.
