Warm welcome, staff are really friendly, hotel is very clean and rooms and beds are really comfortable. Location was excellent for exploring the city. Lots of bars, restaurants and cafes close by as is the shopping district. Tram station is short walk from the hotel if want or need to hop in it. I would recommend and would stay again.

Centrally located. Allowed for easy walks into town. Loved to be in the first floor of the facility and the breakfast arrangements with the Jazz Bar. Vitoria-Gasteiz is strategically located to visit Bilbao, San Sebastian, Saint Jean de Luz, Biarritz and Logrono. Staff reacted quickly to our request to correct an issue in one of the bathrooms. Loved to keyless 21st century process. Initially, it could be challenging for senior customers, but once you get the hang of it is very convenient. Parking facility was excellent.

Everything was perfect. A bus at the door to go to the city center in 10 min. Everything super Clean, nice terrace, nice view, all comodities...

Room sizes were generous. The bed a king size with sumptuous pillows. Super clean too. Breakfast was very nice, with a large selection. On arrival & departure reception staff were very pleasant.

Excellent space, great facilities, easy access and lots of parking around. The bonus was it was situated above a supermarket and next to the tram line.

We live in the Baix Ebre area of Catalunya, and always stop off in Vitoria when heading back to the port of Santander.. We chose the apartment , based on location, size and previous reviews. A very warm welcome from staff on reception. We would thoroughly recommend these apartments , they’re are spacious, comfortable, bathrooms are well appointed with excellent shower pressure and plenty of hot water. TV and free WiFi . Plenty of free parking in streets around the apartments . If you’re thinking of visiting this area, then these apartments are certainly worth staying at, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to all w
