Staff very friendly, we forgot a cellphone and they stored it for 3 weeks. Breakfast is also good. We were on a long road trip and didn't want to get traffic at Bordeaux, this location is ideal.

Perfectly clean, all the amenities you need. It's not central, but you can see this on the map. The tramway A which takes you downtown is 1 minute away, so even if it takes about 25 min by tram, it's worth the cheaper price of accommodation. Quite far from the train station though, but also accessible by tramway. The Nespresso machine had a problem, 2/3 of my capsules got squished and fell through, so we're useless, but apart from that, everything worked. It was very quiet thanks to the loggia which buffers any noise from the street. In my room there were no blackout curtains, only thin white ones, but l brought a sleeping mask and slept very well. The staff sent me very detailed instructions to pick up my key as l arrived outside of reception hours. I would definitely recommend this place. The heated towel rack in the bathroom was the best! The spray from the shower was powerful and the water can go from very cold to very hot, which is perfect (some places you can't get the right temperature). Nice to be greeted with 2 teabags and 2 capsules, though that's not enough for a 3 night stay. After that, they charge you.

Central location close to restaurants, shops and transportation. Very nice and helpful receptionists. Very spacious, sunny and clean room. Comfortable bed. The room is quiet and good for working. I came for business and sometimes I had to hold online meetings in my room. Wifi connection was good. Kitchenette was enough for simple cooking. They thought about every single detail. Ironing board and a place to hang your laundry. I stayed for six days and it felt like home.
