The cleanliness and decor are on point! The host who checked us in was amazing and super friendly. The cafe and bar are really nice and not too pricey. The tech at the hotel is great, as they are using QR codes for ordering. The location is great in our opinion. You just walk 2 minutes and there is a bus stop that comes very frequently and takes you downtown. If you like to walk it's about 40 mins on foot. There are a ton of mini markets near by and some great bakeries. Overall, this place was awesome!

This boutique hotel has all you could ever imagine. New renovations with thoughtful design. We were greeted with two small bottles of wine and chocolates. There was coffee available for the morning and included just a short walk away was breakfast at a local café . You have the choice of the menu or their extremely generous breakfast tray with local specialties. The bed and the linen were extremely comfortable. Our Internet and TV were excellent and we can’t wait to someday return. We arrived late due to our ferry being delayed and came in the dark. At first it seemed to be off the beaten path and in an abandoned area but in the morning we saw that this is an exceptional renovation in a developing area. It is a gem and is centrally located. My only regret is that we could only stay for one night. Thank you for your hospitality.

This is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. It’s a brand new, fully equipped place. All the electrical appliances are brand new. The bathroom is nice, very clean, and the space is efficiently used. You could easily stay here much longer. It is not expensive when you consider the quality of everything. I like these kinds of places. The city center is a 10-minute walk, the bus station and grocery is 2-3 minute walk.

Cool rooftop and pool, very comfortable bed, great shower, kitchen amenities, balcony - everything you need. The staff gave the best service I’ve ever had in any hotel. The friendliness was next level. I would def seek this out again when staying in Heraklion

Location is good if you need to spend night near airport. 30 min walk to airport (with carry on bags) - could be not an option when it is hot but we walked at 6:30 am. Though Christina could book a taxi if you wish. Room is new, super clean, comfortable, contemporary design - we stayed in Eutopia room. Nicely decorated with great attention to details. Cannot complain for noise because there are no planes at night. Would highly recommend if you need to stay near airport.
