Located in Montcaret, 24 km from Grotte Célestine, Le Jasmin offers accommodation with a solarium. An absolute gem. Totally blown away by the excellence of everything to do with this rental - friendliness, great communication, ideal location, very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen including oven, with private garden (spend a couple of hours staring at the stars without any light pollution)... there's even a friendly cat! Sure, stay in Bordeaux for a day, then take the hire car here as the perfect base to explore the wine region.

Located in the Bassins a Flot district in Bordeaux, 50 metres from Chaban Delmas Bridge, Residhome Bordeaux features free WiFi access and paid private parking. Location is super-convenient, with a few steps to the tram and a Monoprix next door, plus many restaurants etc, close by. The staff is exceptionally professional and helpful, and the laundry facilities are a great plus! This was our second stay, and we were very pleased with the accommodation again. - Just right for us!

Ténéo Apparthôtel Bordeaux Maritime - Cité du vin is located in Bordeaux. Chaban Delmas Bridge is 800 metres from the property. Private parking is available on site at a surcharge. Location when arriving by hire car (or take tram from airport) from airport doesn't look the best. You drive thru an area adjacent to docks, lots of unfinished buildings narrow roads ... The hotel has secured gate entry parking, 10 Euro, but in this city you won't need the car. Leave it in the compound. The hotel is spotless, room really large and fresh. No Aircon, just a fan and window, so maybe in spring or summer might be an issue, but in January or February no problem. Bed is incredibly comfortable, big and top quality mattress and bedding. Access from the hotel to downtown and everything you will want to see in Bordeaux, walk 3 mins to the tram line, get the B and 25 mins later you are in Bordeaux centre. TV has BBC1 if that helps. By the way the hotel is literally next to the huge modern wine museum, a spectacle on the cityscape. You could skip 11 Euro breakfast, eat at a cafe etc, but if you prefer no hassle in the morning breakfast is ok. Bordeaux is a very clean safe city, public transport to get around is a sinch and very efficient. Enjoy ...
