Set in north Florence, Residence Leopoldo is 100 metres from the tram stop T1 for Santa Maria Novella Train Station. It offers ultra-modern apartments with free Wi-Fi, LCD TVs and DVD players. Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Easy access to tram station, only few meters away. Quite neighbourhood. 5* to Marilena, our host during our stay.

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. Clean and big space for couple. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast in room delightful.

This is a boutique hotel with kitchen facilities in shared common spaces (there were 3 rooms on our floor and 1 kitchen - dining table setting that everyone could use). Dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, pans and pots, olive oil and vinegar. The hotel is located in an old authentic Florence building with a gorgeous staircase (there are no elevators, that’s important to keep in mind). It’s basically wall to wall with the Pitti palace. The building has been renovated with such respect to the historic building and location and with such love to details. The quality and the design of furniture, shower detailes, Tiffany-colour kettle and a pink tin of Grind coffee… Also the fact that they have Ren soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner is just wow! And a good quality hair dryer. You really feel like they respect and care about their guests. Everything was just beyond amazing! The support team is very responsive 24/7 and is willing to resolve any issues. We also loved the “common cupboard” concept - you have everything you might need there ready any time of the day or night - extra towels or bedding, tea and coffee, iron, batteries etc. There also washing and drying machines and detergent if you need it. And the dealbreaker is that you can leave your luggage in safe deposits before check in and after check out. Being and introvert, I also loved the concept self check in and not having a reception desk. I think it’s very convenient and modern. Makes you feel more at home. Numa is definitely a discovery of the year and we immediately booked our stay in Rome. Everting is pristinely clean and just exceptional!

Objekat Dimora Collection - Le Torri - Boutique Luxury Suites - Adults Only je smešten u Firenci, na 3 min. Lorenzo communicated with us (in English) prior to our arrival to ensure we had all of the information. We walked from the train station (about 15 min) and had no trouble finding it. It is very near the duomo (about a 1 min walk), as well as all the famous plazas and museums. We found the electronic entry to be easy and convenient. There is an elevator, but we enjoyed taking the stairs up to the top level for the exercise. We never saw anyone else in the building and felt very safe. The windows of the apartment are excellent and when they are closed you don't hear anything from outside. They also have nice blackout curtains, which we didn't find anywhere else on our stay in Italy. The room had a large couch, king bed, and the best pillows in Europe so far. Lighting and plugs (and USB ports) where you'd want them to be; Netflix and Prime on the TV; great hot water and pressure in the bathroom with nice, large towels. The kitchen was great with all kinds of pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, etc. Olive oil and salt provided, no pepper. They provided as many coffee pods as we wanted, as well as little snacks and cookies--and filtered water. Lorenzo ensured we knew how to work everything in the kitchen and the room, and it was exceptionally clean and modern. We also stored our luggage for a few hours on the penthouse landing and had no problem. Lorenzo responded via messenger in Booking.com almost instantly when we had any questions. The price was worth the modern apartment, the space, and the location.

Absolutely great stay! The location of the place is convenient whether you want to enjoy the beach on some of the days of your stay or want to explore the in-land Tuscany. Located near a super cute village Paganico. The apartment we were staying in was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The swimming pool in this location is big, new and very refreshing. Breakfasts and great and you really feel taken care of. From the first second we arrived Laura and Stefano made us feel completely at home, and it was a pity to leave the place after our stay. Thank you for the time we spent there! Natalia and Julian
