I love this room; it has everything that makes me feel at home: high-speed internet, a smart TV, a refrigerator, a washing machine, an oven in a fully equipped kitchen and a new bathroom. This quiet room with a great location is worth every penny.

Apartment Alpspitz is fantastic! It is located on the second floor (third floor for Americans), so there are a few steps. However, that puts the apartment high enough to look over the rooftops to the beautiful mountains in the south. Communication from the owner was excellent and collecting the keys from the lock box was easy. Although the apartment is small, it feels spacious because of the owner's artistic, decorating touch. The bed was large and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that I needed and more. I really appreciated the welcome pack of snacks and treats. The owner even provided decorative napkins, candles, fluffy decorative pillows, and other extras. I lacked for nothing during my four night stay. The location is in a quiet neighborhood about a 10-minute stroll to the town center. Parking was always available on the street. I loved my stay here and can't wait to return!

Christine and her husband are the loveliest people and perfect hosts. We got a tour around the apartments and were shown where we can store ski and snowboard, and the view is just awesome.

Everyone has already mentioned but the view from this apartment is the best. The most important reason for me to choose this accomodation is also because of the view. And it is even beyond my expectation. The host is also very very nice. He supported a lot during the times we were there. I need some information about Garmisch that cannot be found easily from the internet and he is super supportive with that. The apartment has everything within, very convenient.

    Umgebung , der gesamte Urlaub. Jenny war sehr fürsorglich und dabei nicht aufdringlich. Einfach nett!

    Lokacija je izvanredna i pogled predivan . Apartman sasvim udoban i domaćinski.Doručak nismo primjenjivali imali smo sve potrebno u apartmanu . Svakako smo željeli opuštanje i odmor .
