First of all, the check out time on the app or on the emails all said 8am-11am, but when we are checking out at 11am the staff said to us we made her one hour late, we should’ve check out at 10am and it’s very disrespectful, that’s exactly what she said to me and at that time I was really confused and shocked as I have the key of the room so i ask her said where should I leave the key and she just being lack of patience and rude said just leave it inside of the key box. honestly at that moment all my good memories with this place just gone so I think I should say thanks to her for ruining my day

Delightfully beautiful place to stay- in fact the vibe of the place made me feel to stay in and never venture out ( but of course we did)- the decor and ambiance transported me to another time and place..
