The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated so we were very happy. it had a good location to Zadar old town which was only 5 or so mins walk away (I am a quick walker so may take other up to 10 mins). Katarina was lovely and arrival and department was very simple. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

But the City Center can be reached in 20 min walking. - The hotel has an amazing gym with super good equipment. - Rooms are very modern, clean and spacious. We received an upgrade and were given the penthouse - so the details are for penthouse. The interior design of the place is awesome. All the furniture and kitchen appliances are new. The balconies are enormous, having a sea view. The restaurant Karma that is at the first floor of the hotel has amazing food and decent prices for the quality. It was a visual pleasure to stay in the place. The hotel is near the city center (there are Bolt scooters parked nearby)

It's a nice small appartment for 2 people inside the old town, What I like is it is new and is equipped with necessary utensils for cooking, The price is also reasonable considering it's inside the old town, The host is very nice and accomodating. We accidentally broke 1 plate while washing the dishes and I informed the host and she wad very understanding, and she said it was okey and we dont need to pay it.. The place is also clean and with so many good restaurants just a few blocks away..The instructions for check in and check out is very clear. We enjoyed our stay at Ema's house, Highly recommended to those budget travellers.
