This was absolutely perfection. Everything brand new, recently converted. We wanted to stay in an apartment that felt like home, where if the weather was bad you could curl up on the couch and read or watch tv. Check, check and check. Huge kitchen living area fully stocked with utensils. The neighborhood supermarket is across the street. We made breakfast at home and ate out the rest of the time. Three minute walk to center of village with 3 restaurants and a bakery. Beds and bathroom were excellent, super clean. Host lovely. Beautiful countryside.

Amazing holiday rental with a really ‘at-home’ feel. The farm is really nice and the house is amazingly well done. It has everything you need. The kitchen is spacious, the bathroom luxurious, the view is superb and the owners are very welcoming and nice people.

The location is very nice, right in the centre of Balk on the river; one night there was a street party so it was a bit loud, but otherwise very pleasant. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable; there are some low beams however so if you are tall be careful when getting out of bed. Our host was very helpful and even allowed us to park our 1933 car in their garage so it was off the street at night!

Wonderful location and cosy container with desk for homeoffice. Good internet connection. You feel like you are close to nature but still have the comfort of a house. Nice bathroom. Kitchen well equipped for basic cooking.

The beach house is clean and fully equipped. In a quiet and green village. Lovely location for day trips in the area.
