The size of the room, the cleanliness, brand new furniture and linens. Everything were selected with exceptional taste. The staff were super kind and helpful. Location was very nice, walking distance to the center by the river.

Seehaus Familie Leifer is situated in Sankt Wolfgang, just steps away from Lake Wolfgang. Guests benefit from a bathing spot and free private parking. The accommodation features a flat-screen TV. This hotel with it‘s balcony and amazing views of the lake and mountains (room 102) will stay in our hearts forever. Ms. Leifer was the very kind owner, and told us a lot about the history of the area and her family owning the property for hundreds of years. She went out of her way to make us feel like part of the family. We had a locked room to store our bicycles and a washing machine for guests. The family has a private dock/swimming area just across the street, and lots of swimming towels, boards, and toys we could use. After a hot day of cycling, a dip in that gorgeous lake was just what we needed. We were greeted with free snacks and delicous chocolate cake slices. Afterwards, we went for a walk in town (5-7 minute walk). It was the cutest Austrian old town we‘ve seen, with many narrow passageways and beautiful old buildings. After our sightseeing tour, we picked up supplies at the tiny grocery store and headed home. Our room was actually an apartment with a kitchenette, so we fixed our charcuterie board and had a lovely dinner on the balcony with some good local Austrian wine as the sun was setting. Perfection. The large historical room had lots of nice touches, with good bedding and plenty of storage. While the property doesn‘t offer breakfast officially, they do offer a bread service, which was very convenient. Also down in the pretty common area was complimentary spreads and butter for the bread, and coffee for a small fee. This was more than enough breakfast for us, and the best part was being able to spend a little more time on that glorious balcony. We could have stayed for a week. Many, many thanks to the Familie Leifer for their kindness and hospitality. You live in a little slice of heaven.

Offering a garden and garden view, Auhof - Apartments Bad Gastein is set in Bad Gastein, 5.2 km from Bad Gastein Railway Station and 45 km from Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course. The stay at the Auhof exceeded my expectations: brand new and tasteful rooms and all to a very high standard and lovely views. The breakfast is amazing, the owners are super helpful and friendly and I will come back to stay there.

Tanners Chalet Apartments is situated in Altenmarkt im Pongau and features a plunge pool and mountain views. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking is available on site. This is a piece of heaven. We enjoyed every moment. In addition, you can see that they thought about it precisely in every detail in the apartment. The location is perfect and allows you to be close to nature and allows access to the city in a very short distance. I would like to point out that the owner was simply amazing and attentive to all our needs and made the vacation perfect

Hideaway Dachstein West by ALPS RESORTS is a recently renovated apartment in Sankt Martin am Tennengebirge, where guests can make the most of its spa and wellness centre and garden. The host and premise were excellent. So friendly and cosy. Still quite private units.

Offering a bar and mountain view, Haus Grübl is situated in Wald im Pinzgau, 9.4 km from Krimml Waterfalls and 47 km from Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course. The location was amazing, a personal waterfall five meters removed from the front door and sight of the Krimmler. Richard is a lovely guy with insight info into great hiking trails. Rooms were clean and straightforward. Breakfast was nice and simple. We would definitely go again.
