James is a wonderful attentive host, he’s thoughtful and charming. We were immediately greeted by him upon early arrival and he was the kindest, letting us check into the room early to clean ourselves up a little before heading out to explore Madrid. The room was beautifully decorated, bed was incredibly comfortable. Attention to detail on every single thing. Even fresh bottle of water placed inside the fridge to cool down from the Madrid. Location is incredible, it was a great stay.
