The location is incredible. Right at the heart of Punat. The flat is big, well cleaned and decorated. Feels like a real relaxing holiday home. We loved it.

One of the best apartement I have ever been. Everything was simple perfect: the accomodation is brand new, super clean and contains everything what you need during a shorter or longer holiday. The owners were very friendly and helpful, they can provide fully support and if you have any questions, help needed you can always turn to them. The sea is behind the house, 100 m to walk which is an extra if you are travelling with kids. The hosts provide also lot of toys, useful equipments, beach & garden stuffs and there is also a game-room for kids and adults as well in case of bad weather. Free parking is available. We had a great stay here and will come back next summer as well. We are very greatful that we could spend our holiday here.

The facility was clean and confortable for the family trip. It was close to the sea and restaurant. The children enjoyed the playground infront of the facility.

The host lady is very-very kind and welcoming. parking on side is also very comfortable

Location is perfect especially with nice garden and carpark on property. Apartment is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet which is perfect for us. The beach and Krk old town is easily reachable on foot. Rock climbing spots are around 14 minutes away by car. Checking in/out is super convenience, thank you Patricia! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)

The communication with owner was perfect, she answered all questions I had and as we travelled with little kids, there were many question about facilities in the apartment. The apartment has all you need, The living room and kitchen were very spacious, modern and beautiful, we had 3 rooms which were shared by 2 families and we had enough space. Each bedroom was different size, but in 2 of them we were able to fit the kids travel bed. Each bedroom has bathroom, which was very comfy, on the other side, if you travel with small kinds who are likely to wake up with little noise, it could be a bit disturbing. As we had small kids, we used the trolly to get to the beach and we took the longer way, which was aproximatelly 10 minutes walk. If you travel without small kids, you can use the short way to the beach through "short rocky" passage and you get to the beach in 5 minutes. Beaches were very nice, the water was clean and the colour of the see was beautiful. We spent there beggining of September, so it was easy to find the space on the beach.
