Owners were and still are very very helpful and super fast if there's any problems or questions! The kindness directly from the beginning on and continuously throughout our stay was like a dream. Location very close to the center beach, 5mins walk and that's walking slow, supermarkets in any direction you're going, rental options in any direction you're going, too. Uber is always finding the right address, friends in another part had a big problem but we never had. Sweet view over Novalja from the terrace.

It was clean and the owners are very nice and friendly. The location is great, it is a 1 minute walk to the nearest beach (just across the street). The beach there is a combination of concrete piers and pebbles/sandy little coves. There is also some shade from the trees on the beach. 10 minute walk (with small children) away is the public Planjka sandy beach with bars, slides, swings etc.
