A huge, modern, three bedroom apartment on the river in the main tourist district. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The owner/manager is nearby to answer any questions or remedy any problems. Well suited to a family or a group of friends. As a regular traveler to PP, this is a great find for me.

So cute and was the perfect size. Felt like I was living among the locals and it was very safe. Also the host was awesome and so helpful in every way. She’s so kind and I’m glad to have met her!

Clean. The main room was fantastic. Staff very kind. Greeted and treated very well. My mum had a problem with her spectacles and the ladies spent a lot of time helping to fix them. When they couldnt do it it they organised somebody to take the glasses to an optics store to get fixed. They were delivered back to us within half an hour. No charge. It was very nice and very much appreciated. Good people.

Very nice place with an amazing city view and super friendly staff. All was clean and neat. There was everything for a comfortable living. Pet friendly – that was important for us, as we were traveling with our cat, which was very stressful after the long flight. Opposite the building is a very peaceful Vietnamese Embassy. Looks great, and calms down. It was a very quiet place to stay, which was very good for us. Same time – not so far from the city center and just a few minutes walk away from supermarkets, and cafes. By the way, there is a cozy café in the same building, owned and managed by the same people. Great concept. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful apartment, nice staff, clean facilities and fantatsic location to go out at night (Bassac Lane right around the corner). It can be a little bit noisy from the pubs and bars downstairs, however it wasn't too bad and we could easily sleep with it. Surely recommending this place when in Phnom Penh.
