Normally I sail my own boat Regina Laska berthing here on my own keel. This winter, however, I wanted to give my 80+ years parents this "marina-feel" but instead of staying on my small sailing boat, we wanted to "sail" in luxury with easy boarding. So we had a holiday on a boat without leaving the marina, which was just as good for them. It was just fantastic! Everything was there. The view from the main bedroom over the other boats in the marina just gave this "millionaire's feeling of luxury". My parents have travelled over the whole world in all sorts of sophisticated hotels. But this was their best hotel-experience ever! Besides, of course, visiting Gibraltar as our holiday destination.

Just outside Gibraltra border, great for visiting Gibraltra. The best equipped property with everything you need as a comfy home, and prepare a nice dinner / breakfast. Tea, coffee, ketchup, spices..... You name it, they have it. The restaurant the owner recommend is also nice with reasonable price.

Fantastic apartment with 2 large terraces. Good kitchen setup and very bright. Very close to the border with Gibraltar, the apartment was in an ideal location. Good proximity to shops and restaurants, great for cars and public transport.

We loved the location and being a 10 minute walk from the beach. The space was sufficient for our group of 4. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen and the value of the property was very affordable!
