I loved the common space in the house! It's perfect for solo travellers to get together, have breakfast in the morning, make new friendships. The owners of the house, Francesca and Francesco, treat each person as a very special guest. They took care that I'm comfortable, they showed me great places and experiences, and lot of friendship. They made my trip an unforgettable experience! I would always return! PS: it was easy to do home office work, the bedroom was great, and the house always sparkly clean

Everything, the apartment has a great location and everything you need in it. The owner Max is incredible, so welcome and helpful. The private parking and the swimming pool are definitely a plus.

Noelia is the nicest host and for its price it is the best, cleanest, complete apartment you will find in Maspalomas. The apartment is superclean, complete well maintained and everything is functioning well.

She is a really attentive nice lady, was waiting for us in the door. Place is amazing, we came here from a 4 star hotel because could not sleep there from the noise. Here it was so much better, quiet road, really close to the dunes. Private sunbathing option in front of your penthouse, small swimming pool and jacuzzi downstairs in the common area. It had everything we needed. Close to shops as well.

Peaceful & comfortable property with beautiful views. A lovely, helpful and accommodating host. Up and away from the crowds. Hot shower and fast wifi. A good spot for star gazing. Great value.

Very quiet acommodation, but in strategic place close to many places we planned to visit. In the apartement was all we needed for our stay. Some of the equipment looked older, but everything was super clean. We had almost private pool as it is only for these 4 apatements. Below the houses there is entertainment place with table tennis, gym, billiard, squash court, sauna, playstation and dvd videos. Everything for umlimited use. You can borrow bicycles, play a small minigolf or enjoy a small garden or barbecue terrace. Fresh bread every morning was a nice bonus.
