The stay at Tenerife Royal Garden exceeded all expectations. The apartment was neat and equipped with everything and more than you need for a pleasant stay, a large terrace with a view of the pool and partly of the ocean. The apartment was right next to a beautiful sandy beach. The biggest surprise was that we got a bigger apartment than the one we booked for the same price. Many thanks also to the manager who accommodates every wish, for example, we wanted a soft mattress, they immediately changed it. Once again, many thanks to Tenerife Royal Garden for enabling us to have a pleasant stay in beautiful Tenerife. Goran Krajner

Location was perfect, super close to the beach, supermarkets, bars & restaurants, the Golden Mile. Super clean, appreciated that a lot. Nice balcony with ocean and palm trees views.

Perfect communication with the agent. Great location. Close to the beache Las Americas. Very clean an tidy apt. Washing machine, coffee machine... Even bottle of champain. Thank you. I would recommend this place

Beautiful new renovated apartment in a quiet area. Far away from the party area but still close to shops and restaurants. Only a few minuets walk to the beach. We will definitely return.

Booking was so easy , Owner Michael was delightful and so helpful. We landed early and he was so kind in getting the apartment ready early for us. Tha apartment is really lovely , modern , extremely clean and has everything you need. We will try and return in November if our plans work out.

Stylish apartment in the middle of bars and restaurants. We love location but it’s way too noisy at night to get a good sleep. Hope apartments building is being renovated. Pool area was nice and quiet. Would stay again but would need an ear plugs 😉

Excellent place to stay, easy to walk to everything, had all facilities that were needed and enough room for 4 of us to stay. Would highly recommend.

Spectacular views over the town, out to sea & perfect to watch sunsets from the many different vantage points. The ground floor is perfect for group dining, BBQ, dining area & large sofa. The top floor is the main living/breakfast area with kitchen & access to the pool from the front. We loved our stay here, the feeling of space & light is exceptional, the decor throughout is stylish & comfortable. Ideal if you want to get away from the hectic centre of Las Americas but a car is needed!
