A fantastic villa as the pictures suggest, located in a quiet part of the village next to a hotel. The property has lots of space; all the bedrooms are set-up nicely and the lounge area very comfortable. The outside pool area is lovely. The villa is a 5 minute drive to the local shops (great bakery!) and marina area. We stayed before the summer season started so most restaurants closed but they were busily being set-up. Local coast line provided many beach and snorkelling areas. A great luxurious base to explore the coast north and south of Sivota. Highly recommend this Villa.

We arrived late, 11 pm. Reception was closed. we called and they arrived in minutes. They are so kind. Room was clean and had great location.

Great location, excellent facilities, close to all that you need. The studio was super clean and comfortable. Has everything you need, like home. Maria is a lovely and caring person. This was a stunning place. It was beautifully furnished and ideal for our trip. Our host could not do enough for us and checked in. Despite being self catering, a cleaner came midway thru the week. Superb!

New, very clean villas with everything required. Extremely clean pool. Spectacular views. Very friendly staff. Great for a quiet relaxing holiday. I highly recommend this property and when possible will return. Lovely part of Greece away from mass tourism. Plataria and Igoumenitsa both have good beaches and restaurants.
