Location is perfect, just by the lake with a private beach. We could hop on bikes just in front of the building, the road connects to the main cycle paths. A market and restaurants within 5 mins walking distance. Nice terrace for each room. The room gets cleaned every day and overall the owners are really nice.

Phenomenal breakfast, charming balcony view, cosy and clean room, clean bathroom with separate toilet, friendly staff and free entrance to the beach! Our stay was great and we highly recommend it.
