Very nice and cosy, about 5-10 min walk from the Piccadilly line, so you can reach central London in 20-30 minutes. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very kind. Helpful and accomodating hosts. The WiFi went down during my stay but the hosts invited me in to their home to use their personal WiFi so that I could get my work done. They were always on hand if I needed anything. It is a lovely cosy accomodation that is quiet and feels very private.

We did not stay for breakfast. The location was suitable for getting into Central London-trains every 30 minutes. Also parking(cheaper than in London) was nearby. The staff were very understanding and supportive-especially when I pointed out the deficiencies and how my family were dissatisfied. P.S. We did NOT state a preference for a quiet room

It was a lovely stay and very reasonably priced, a friendly host who made sure we were OK.It is a beautiful house, clean, spacious, warm and modern, lots of facilities to use. Nice area, was more quiet due to not being in city centre. I would definitely recommend staying here and I am likely to stay here in the future
