Estonia
Amazing little boutique hotel slightly outside of Chania. I had one of the ground floor, pool-facing rooms, it was very spacious, comfortable and clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped to be able to cook your own meals, although the kitchenette is tiny, all the equipment you need is available. I loved the pool area in particular, with sun beds and even a hammock, it was so quiet and peaceful when I visited as it was early in the season. The hosts were super lovely and helpful, and the cleaning ladies did a thorough job every day, even doing the dishes which was such a luxury! The supermarket is ca 10 mins walk (note - up the hill on the way back so can be though in the heat), and you can catch a bus once an hour to and from Chania just outside of the hotel which takes between 17-35 mins (shorter into town, longer on the way back). I had an amazing week's stay and can highly recommend Kanso!

Athina was an accommodating host. She was great at communicating and ensuring that we had all the information we needed. Our room was cleaned daily and we appreciated that the towels and sheets were changed too during our one week stay. The place exceeded our expectations. We would recommend!

Cozy house with good location not far from Old town (10 min walk). Super comfortable place with everything you could need. Roof terrace is perfect for chilling in the evening. The house is very clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Awesome place to stay at Chania! Highly recommend!

A beautifully restored traditional house, with absolutely everything you need. Tastefully decorated and fitted with all new appliances. There are two outside areas to enjoy. One on the top landing with views of the fields and mountains, and a secluded courtyard below. Great location. A bus stop across the road that will take you to Chania, and a bakery literally a 2 minute walk away. My host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The room is quite clean and comfortable, not as warm as the temperatures in the city center. There is a nice balcony on the side. Washing machine is quite a bonus when you stay for long and have dirty sea towels. The owners are very friendly. We will definetelly visit again!
