Absolutely wonderful property - clean, beautifully maintained. Clean room and bathroom. Pleasantly furnished. Quiet - there was some dogs barking outside at night but the walls and windows are very tight so blocked out the noise well. The manager was very pleasant, hospitable, and friendly. Elevator for luggage. Everything was working. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful - the table was set/prepared in advance; many food and coffee choices, manager also came out to check if everything was alright; very hospitable. Most pleasant stay in all properties in central Italy over a course of a week!

The place was very spacious and comfortable. The parking was convenient. The room was clean and the balcony was great. Overall it was good for what we needed.

The Locanda San Pietro is located right in front of the clinic Villa Letizia, where I was hospitalized the following day, so it is indicated above all to who needs to go to the clinic. There is a bus stop, from centre city or railway station, at 50 m from the Locanda San Pietro.

fantastic hospitality from the owner. the restaurant is great. a real hub of the community and the quality of the food must be one of the reasons. really excellent.

We loved everything about the B&B. The host Marianna was so lovely and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed, even coming in the evening to help out lighting the electric fire and supplying us with extra wood pellets. The grounds were well maintained and two very friendly dogs met us on arrival.
