The Owner was friendly, he spoke Italian, English not very well, but the communication goes in an efficient way, without any problems. The room was clean and big enough for two persons with perfect Air Conditioning, and a big green point is tath the room was equipped with a fridge. Staff was really nice and helpful - they directed us through check-in remotely so we could arrive whenever we wanted; the room was really big and comfy with a nice bed and lots of pillows, large bathroom too. The location is convenient - right by the beach entrance but also 10 min walk from Chioggia's historic center. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around the property. Make your own breakfast with both sweet and salty options. Hotel feels new, with a nice decor and equipment (f.e. the aircon worked really well)
