Very welcoming hosts. Totally recommended!

Each room includes a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and ironing supplies. The en-suite shower rooms have complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. Yolandi and Jacques went above and beyond to provide a perfect stay in their charming B&B. The room was perfect with a very comfy bed & excellent facilities. Everywhere was spotless with the room being cleaned and tea/coffee/etc replaced each day. There were lots of added touches with little extras at the start and end of the stay and the hosts were even kind enough to leave a birthday card & present when they realised it was my birthday! The breakfast choice was wonderful, with everything cooked freshly and served quickly.

Pancakes with fresh berries and a traditional full English breakfast are features of the options served in the spacious dining room, which benefits from individual tables.

Theatres, bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk of the B&B, as well as the award-winning Manx Museum. The ancient monument of Balladoole is only a 20-minute drive away. We stayed at The Devonian a number of times over the past years - our first time was in 2005, this August we spent 5 nights there on occasion of the Manx Grand Prix. We keep coming back because Kevin and Gillian run a most excellent guest house. They are very kind, welcoming and hospitable proprietors, who go out of their way to make you feel at home, together with their friendly support staff. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The breakfast options are varied and cooked to order - we tried most of them (not all, as there are just too many choices for only a 5-night stay!) and all were simply delicious. We cannot recommend this guesthouse enough!

Englewood Lodge offers luxury accommodation with spacious bathrooms, bathrobes and slippers. The modern rooms offer free mineral water and fresh fruit, and each has a TV and hairdryer. Margaret is an excellent host. She tirelessly endeavours to make everyones stay pleasurable. Nothing is too much trouble and she keeps every type of tourist information on hand that you might need during your stay. Five star accommodation achieved without fail from a five star host.

The tea and cake on arrival was a really welcoming touch.

Comfortable room, large shower, tub & sink adjoining, lovely breakfast, very nice, personable family, easy to walk to town from this location. Lots of history affiliated with this location.

A recently renovated property, Carrick Rooms is set in Port St Mary near Chapel Bay Beach, Brewery Beach and Port Erin Railway Museum. The property features sea views and is 2.3 km from Port Erin Beach and 7 km from Castle Rushen. Peel Cathedral is 22 km from the bed and breakfast and Manx Museum is 27 km away.

Featuring a private bathroom, units at the bed and breakfast also provide guests with free WiFi. The property was welcoming, extremely clean, and conveniently located at walking distance to several restaurants and pubs as well as to local free parking. Nick and his family made us feel at home. He suggested so many interesting places to explore over our 3 night visit. We will definitely recommend Carrick Rooms and the Isle of Man to our friends looking for an adventurous destination!
