Very nice staff . Easy 24 hr access - someone always on duty by ringing the doorbell.

The hotel is very tastefully decorated and has a fantastic garden. The amenities they provide in the rooms are very thought of : many different towels, their own shampoo (which my hair LOVED) and soap, a big closet, mosquito nets. The rooms are spacious. We also received a very tasty breakfast made by the host, it wasn’t just generic toast-and-jam breakfast. The host is exceptionally helpful and generous. Thank you for the stay! 💚

Ananda and Jose were really welcoming and it felt like being home with family and friends. There was lovely coffee and tea available everyday. The Wi-Fi works perfectly and the dogs Rulo and Valentin are super friendly. Definitely would recommend to stay here if you’re looking for a chill atmosphere close to the center. The property is 10 min walk from the center, in a quiet neighborhood.

Miguel and his wife were the best hosts we encountered in our whole trip in Mexico, super sweet family, we received a very warm welcome and felt right at home from start. Their place is lovely, very clean and with all the amenities you could ask for. Highly recommended! I will definitely be staying here when I visit Valladolid again.

First and foremost, our receptionist Manolo was the best part of the stay. Helped us with our every need, always greeted us and asked us how it went, kept us updated on events and info happening around Valladolid. As for the room itself, it has cozy beds and and AC with warm showers. We do miss Valladolid and if we were to ever come back we would definitely book here again.
